Following your purchase, you'll receive access to our digital product portal. Here, you can write your letter and provide us with all the information needed to send it to you on your selected date, 30 days up to 1 year into the future.

Important Notes:

• You only get to fill this out once: Take your time before submitting.You only get one chance to fill this in, so don’t hit submit until you’re completely satisfied with your letter.
• You have 45 days to complete before access is revoked. There are a couple reasons we do this. A. The goal is to have you take action as soon as possible. (This was purchased for a reason.) B. People love this so much they buy it again to continue writing more letters. There is a limit of one letter per purchase on our system. In order for you to return and write another letter to yourself, we need to free up access.
• Keep your contact info updated: If you move or change your email address, please reach out to us so we can update your delivery information. We are not responsible for undelivered letters if you do not notify us of these changes.
• Reminder for Physical Letters: If you selected physical delivery, we will send a confirmation email around 60 days before the scheduled delivery date to confirm your address. Please respond to this email to ensure your letter reaches you.
