OUR MOST COMMON FAQ's

INFRARED SAUNA BLANKET

How often can I use the Infrared sauna blanket?

The infrared sauna blanket is safe to use once daily. Each sauna session should be between 45 to 60 minutes max.

Exactly how does an Infrared Sauna Blanket work?

The radiant infrared creates a penetrating heat which warms the body from the inside out. With this, you can sweat more intensely and longer with comfort and at a lower temperature than a traditional sauna. This is why many people enjoy infrared saunas so much.

Is there a difference between the infrared sauna blanket and a regular infrared sauna?

Yes. An infrared sauna blanket benefits from the same heating technology as an infrared sauna, but it's smaller, lighter, cheaper and more convenient.

How should I clean the infrared sauna blanket ?

The infrared sauna blanket is made of thick, sweat resistant PU leather. To maintain its cleanliness, wipe it down with a soft cloth or towel after each use, after it has cooled. Also, you can use a non-toxic cleanser.

How should I store the infrared sauna blanket ?

Ensure that the infrared sauna blanket has cooled down completely before cleaning and storing. Then store it in it's bag in a cool, dry place, and avoid placing heavy objects on top of it.

Is the infrared sauna blanket low EMF?

Yes, the infrared sauna blanket is a low-EMF blanket.

How long does the infrared sauna blanket take to heat up?

The infrared sauna blanket reaches full temperature in about five to ten minutes. Keep in mind that you should only use it on a heat-proof surface.

What type of plug does the infrared sauna blanket use?

The infrared sauna blanket ships with type you specified at checkout.

What size is the infrared sauna blanket?

The infrared sauna blanket measures 71x71 inches (180x180 cm) unfolded. When in use, the interior circumference is approximately 65" (165 cm).

What should I wear while using the infrared sauna blanket?

A towel insert is included with all of our infrared sauna blankets. Clothing is not necessary when you use the towel insert. While your towel is in the wash, you can still use the infrared sauna blanket. You just need to wear comfortable, loose, and breathable clothing and remember to put on socks too.
